Capital Metro leader announces resignation

The president and CEO of Capital Metro Wednesday afternoon announced he will retire from the transit agency Fred Gilliam s retirement will be effective on October 16 Gilliam has served with Capital Metro since 2002 KVUE s Shelton Green reports
