Blunt & Leingang Will go to Trial

A jury will decide if WSI s Sandy Blunt and Romi Leingang broke the law Judge Donald Jorgenson has decided the case against WSI CEO Sandy Blunt and fraud investigator Romi Leingang will go to trial Blunt and Leingang are charged with conspiracy to disclose confidential information They are accused of illegally using drivers license photos to identify WSI employees Authorities say the pictures were downloaded off the DOT website The photos were part of an internal investigation into an email sent to WSI employees about salary information Authorities say Leingang and another investigator showed pictures of employees at the Mandan Library and a Bismarck post office to identify the email sender In an order filed today Judge Jorgenson says there is probable cause to believe Blunt and Leingang took confidential photographs from the DOT Jorgenson also says there is probable cause to believe that Blunt and Leingang knew what they were doing was against the law Blunt had also been charged with misusing state money Judge Wefald has dismissed those charges last week
